Immigration and Entry Permits

Immigration and Entry Permits

Singapore, being one of the most globalized economies in the world and having a progressive personal tax system, attracts many non-residents to live and work here. With the country’s continuous economic growth, companies seek foreign talents to meet the widening demand for manpower.

Non-residents must hold a valid visa to legally live and work in Singapore. Our associate company, BPS HR Management Pte Ltd, is fully licensed by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to operate in Singapore. We have a wide range of work visa processing services and we can help you to apply for which work pass fits you, your family, and your employees.

We provide end-to-end services from the review of candidacy until the approval of work pass (or appeal if necessary). We also act as a liaison with MOM to answer queries (if any). On top of our services, we give add-on services to our clients such as completion of the Self-Assessment Tool (SAT) to assess which is the suitable work pass for the candidate and advice about employment practices if required.

There are various work passes or entry visa options for professionals, skilled and semi-skilled workers, trainees and students, and family members. Contact us and we will help you find out which work pass meets your qualifications.

Do you plan to employ foreign talent?

Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has tightened the criteria for a work visa to raise the overall quality of the foreign workforce in Singapore. They are also progressively implementing changes to the eligibility framework for the work visas.

While the approval of a work pass application is granted at the sole discretion of MOM, your work visa application may have a higher chance of approval when performed by a licensed employment agency (EA). EA has a wide knowledge of MOM regulations, countless experience in the application of different work visas, and a systematic approach from the assessment of the candidate to the online submission.

Doing the application yourself may save you money but it will cost you time. Besides, you will not have a qualified professional who can answer your specific questions. This makes your life more difficult and eventually you will seek outside help.
